Does Walking Visions Photography have business insurance?

Yes. We are a fully insured S-Corporation, providing peace of mind for our clients and venue partners. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request for venues, universities, or corporate events.

Do you provide RAW or unedited photographs?

RAW and unedited files are not normally included. Clients receive professionally selected and edited high-resolution photographs representing our finished work.

If your organization has a specific need for RAW files or another specialized file-delivery requirement, please discuss it with us before booking.

Does Walking Visions only photograph weddings?

While we specialize in wedding and event photography, because that’s where most of our experience shines, our team also enjoys working with a wide range of people and organizations. Can we book more than one Walking Visions service for the same event?

Yes. Depending on your event, photography can be combined with professional headshots, headshot stations, photo booth experiences, 360 booths, videography, livestream services, additional photographers, and other available services.

Bundling services can simplify planning by allowing you to coordinate multiple visual needs through one team.

Can My Event Remain Private?

Yes. We work with corporate and private clients who may have confidentiality, NDA, embargo, attendee privacy, or publicity requirements.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Walking Visions Photography accepts credit and debit cards, ACH/bank transfers, eChecks, business checks, and wire transfers. We can also accommodate corporate purchase orders (POs), virtual cards, and vendor/Accounts Payable payment systems.

Net 30 payment terms are available for approved corporate, nonprofit, association, government, and institutional clients. Deposits or retainers can be paid electronically through secure links, making the process smooth and convenient.
