Engagement Photos at the Winter Garden at Harold Washington Library
Located at the top of Chicago’s Harold Washington Library Center, the Winter Garden gave us a beautiful setting to create an engagement gallery with several different looks without leaving one location. The glass ceiling, large windows, architectural columns, greenery, and natural light allowed us to move between romantic portraits, playful interactions, individual photographs, and more editorial compositions. Rather than simply placing the couple in front of a beautiful background, we used the architecture and light throughout the Winter Garden to help tell their story.

Lincoln Park Wedding Photography Surrounded by Chicago’s Natural Beauty
Lincoln Park gives couples something special: the beauty of nature without losing the unmistakable feeling of Chicago. Near the Honeycomb and South Pond, we photographed this wedding using the surrounding greenery, water, open pathways, and skyline views to create a mix of romantic portraits and candid moments. Instead of treating the park as simply a backdrop, we used the landscape to give the couple variety—from intimate portraits surrounded by nature to wider compositions that capture the setting and tell the story of where they chose to get married.
