We intentionally accept a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a personalized experience, responsive communication, and the attention their wedding deserves. By limiting the number of weddings we take on, we are able to dedicate more time to understanding your story, preparing for your day, and delivering an exceptional experience from your initial consultation through the final gallery delivery.
From your first inquiry to reliving your wedding day through your photographs, our goal is simple: to create an experience that is organized, enjoyable, stress-free, and centered around preserving the moments that matter most.
Step 1: Complimentary Consultation
We begin with a complimentary consultation to learn more about you and your wedding day. While we can accommodate a phone call if necessary, we strongly prefer a video meeting through Zoom, Google Meet, or another video platform. Seeing one another face-to-face helps us build a stronger connection and better understand your needs.
For this initial consultation, both partners are welcome to attend, but it is not required.

If you decide that Walking Visions Photography is the right fit for your wedding day, we will send you a photography agreement for review.

We ask that both partners review these images and identify the photographs, poses, and styles that resonate with them.
You do not need to know photography terminology. Simply tell us what you like and what you do not like.

Your complete wedding gallery will be delivered in less than 30 calendar days following your wedding day.
All images are professionally edited and delivered through an online gallery for viewing, sharing, and downloading.
